A Proforma ****is a provisional statement issued before the final amount is confirmed — it gives the client an advance estimate of what will be owed. It records projected or indicative amounts and due dates, does not constitute a legally binding invoice, and may be replaced, amended, or cancelled at any time. Once the final amount is confirmed (e.g., after acceptance of a Delivery or after a resolution), a final Invoice replaces the Proforma.
