Membership refers to the link between a user and an account: it defines which Account the User can access and what role they hold within it. A User may hold Memberships in multiple Accounts simultaneously.
In the memberships page you can see the list of all the accounts that you (the current user) are a member of, with your corresponding roles.
Creating a new membership:
To create a new membership, you can either:
- create a new Account; you will automatically be added as a member of that account with admin role; or
- ask an admin member of an existing account to invite you as a new member of that account. They can either:
- send you a unique invitation link; or
- search for your user profile in the system and send you an invitation. They can either find you with your user email or user Global ID (eg. “US-R5F8GT7D”). You will find these in your user profile.
