An Associate is anyone who adheres to the FlexUp Charter and participates in a **Project,** whether by contributing work, money, products, or other value. Associates are linked to the Project through an Associate Contract, may hold Tokens, participate in governance via the Assembly, and receive distributions when the Project generates profit. The Holder is always an Associate. Other Associates are admitted under the conditions set out in the Charter.
