The Assembly is the highest decision-making body of a FlexUp Project. It is composed of all Associates who hold Tokens and is responsible for major decisions, such as approving large resolutions, admitting or excluding Associates, and dissolving the Project. The composition and powers of the Assembly are defined in the Charter.
