"Supplier" is used in the broadest sense: it refers to any party that delivers a product, service, payment, or other contribution to a Client. Depending on the type of contract, the Supplier can be a service provider, contractor, employee, investor, lender, licensor, or any other party on the delivering end of a transaction.
